I’m Kerry, a professional, certified ADHD coach

My first experience of ADHD was supporting someone in a very dark place because of unmanaged ADHD. It was the most heartbreaking, yet rewarding time of my life.

Together we discovered that digging deep to understand their ADHD brain and behaviours in a non-judgemental space put them in charge of their traits. They could predict them. They could use them as strengths.

I believe no one should ever have to navigate ADHD alone and am dedicated to supporting others as they learn to predict and use their ADHD for success.
